OUR STORY
The story of BlueWing Homes began in 2019, when Peter Simeone built his own home and discovered more than just a passion for construction — he found a calling. With years of skill as a craftsman and a love for creating meaningful spaces, Peter founded BlueWing Homes to help others shape the places where life’s most important stories unfold. He believed a home should be more than walls and beams — it should be a backdrop for family, laughter, and memories that last for generations.

In 2021, Landon Shewmake joined the team after years of restoring historic homes and renovating his own residences. Having seen firsthand how stressful construction could be, Landon believed the process could be different — professional, transparent, and even enjoyable. His approach complemented Peter’s passion, and together they began shaping a company built on trust, communication, and client-first service.

Together, Peter and Landon have grown BlueWing Homes into a trusted name across East Tennessee. Every project begins with listening, and every finished space reflects not just craftsmanship but also the dreams of the families who live there. BlueWing’s work is always rooted in people, not just projects.​
